综合介绍
The GM120 Multi-Purpose Geotechnical Drill Rig is suitable for geological exploration and geotechnical engineering drilling operations. With appropriate tooling, it can perform various drilling tasks including core drilling, reverse circulation (RC) drilling, down-the-hole hammer (DTH) drilling, large-diameter rotary drilling, and Standard Penetration Test (SPT).
The GM120 features a uniquely designed, compact rotary mast that folds/retracts flexibly. The hammer mast is installed parallel and can be positioned via a mechanical sliding mechanism.Equipped with high-performance crawlers and remote-control travel/frame lifting, the GM120 offers easy positioning and high mobility.
Integrated with the iAMME [Cloud Service] intelligent drilling management system, the rig enables digital drilling functions, including automatic and intelligent drilling, as well as remote equipment management, service support, and visual project management.
产品优势
- The main mast supports rotary drilling via a hydraulic top drive head for obtaining rock or soil samples. It facilitates both conventional single-tube and wireline double-tube drilling.
- Incorporating the latest technology, the rig performs fully automatic SPT tests, achieving sampling depths up to 50 meters and test layer depths over 20 meters. With a hammer frequency of up to 50 blows/minute, an automatic counter provides instant test records.
- A telescopic winch tower system handles drilling tools with lengths of 1.5 to 3 meters.
- The crawler system allows remote-control travel and rig leveling, providing high mobility for easy movement across the site. The rig can store various tools onboard.
- The AM120 soil sampling system preserves sample integrity and can also conduct gravity penetration tests.
